Our training focuses on using your body to its full potential, and we are here to help you discover what you are truly capable of.
Our goal is to expand our movement and facilities worldwide. To create a space where staff and members break the ordinary relationships of mentor and student and become more like family and can feel at home, where they can challenge themselves and learn new skills they never thought possible.

Using a combination of techniques from sports acrobatics, acro yoga and circus adagio, participants are given a platform to build and strengthen their static skills and dynamic moves in a fun and safe environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an Acro-pro, this class covers everything from basic to advanced partner and group acrobatic tricks. And don’t worry if you’re coming solo, we can always team you up with another acro-enthusiast!
Sculpt, tone and tighten those buns in this quick 30minute booty class. You will combine cardio, weight training and partner exercises focusing on the legs and butt to keep your booty in-check!

As HIIT is considered to be substantially more effective than normal cardio, you can increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before!
has been created for the advanced calisthenics ninjas and enthusiasts. An advanced combination of tricking and flowing where everyone bounces off each other, learns new advanced moves and levels up. This class is highly challenging, highly strenuous and requires full body strength, full body awareness and athletic control.
Extensive mobility refers to the maximum ability to move ones self. This class dives into the extensive flexibility training needed for more advanced skills in any type of movement, including gymnastics, calisthenics, dance, jiu jitsu and many more. By the use of equipment, you will be pushed to your limits in a way that will benefit you long term. We will focus mostly on shoulders, back and leg mobility.
This class is open to all levels, from beginner to advanced movers. The idea of this class is to have fun dancing with your crew, whilst learning the foundations of Hip Hop. For beginners, you will first learn how to be comfortable and confident in your own groove, finding your own rhythm. Progression is key in this class so each week you can expect to learn new movements, which will increase your skill set as a Dancer. No matter if you just learning how to move, or if you are seasoned dancer, there is always a new level to progress to.
Hand balancing is one of the best methods for developing greater upper body strength, stability and control… and it's heaps of fun! This awesome class will run you the fundamentals required to achieve your first freestanding handstand as well as a range of floor movements such as elbow levers, QDR's and frog stands. This class is tailored to beginners or those seeking consistency in a basic handstand to then progress to a more advanced level.
Leading on from the Hand Balancing - Basic class, this class is open to more advanced hand balancers, wanting to learn a larger variety of inverted skills such as one arm handstands, overarch handstands, hollowback handstands and much more. It is recommend that those wanting to take part in the Hand Balancing - Advanced class, partake in the Hand Balancing - Basic class beforehand also.
This class is for the true calisthenics enthusiast. From learning your first back lever to even the fabled planche, this class is sure to test your limits. Structured in a progressional manner, this class is guaranteed to increase performance and skill. You can expect something new each week with the rotation of a skill based progression session and an intesnse upper body, "reps and sets" style workout. As this is an advanced class, a solid base of calisthenics training is a pre requisite for this class. To partake in this class, you will need to be able to complete the below movements at a minimum: 3 x Strict and Unassisted Muscle Ups 2 x Unassisted Pull Ups 30 x Continuous Push-ups 20 x Unassisted Dips 3-Minute Plank Hold 10 Second L-Sit static Hold, Hanging and Support
Iron Core is the ultimate strength and conditioning class based around street workouts and gymnastics. This class has been designed for our heavy hitters, brawlers and bruisers who enjoy a good wacking and are in need of some physical contact to release some frustration. This class entitles punching, kicking, maybe a little screaming and some blood sweat and tears too. If you’re looking to brush up on a little "Mike Tyson" technique and want to sharpen your skills, this if for you too. 48 minutes to go as absolutely hard as you can with a mixture of boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and martial arts on the pads.
