Yes you can. We call our hold option a Static Hold. This reduces your weekly dues to $5 whilst you’re not attending the gym. You can put a Static Hold on your membership at any time while you are away on holiday or having time off. The Static hold is available in weekly increments and is unlimited, so you won’t have to worry about time restraints and will allow you to enjoy your holiday or time off.

Absolutely! If a visiting friend or family member wants to workout with you, they’ll receive access to the same privileges as you for a nominal fee: $15 per visit, Casual visit packs of 10 visits may also be purchased at reception.

During class times are generally busiest before work and after work. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere pay us a visit from 2pm – 4pm on Monday – Thursday and from 10am – 12pm Friday and Saturday.
Yes. You’ll need your own towel to dry off and to wipe down equipment after use so it’s sweat-free for the next member.

Yes, we always have a number of first aiders on duty. In the unlikely event that someone is injured, there are also first aid boxes located in the kitchen.

You must give us 14 days’ notice to cancel, unless you are cancelling for medical reasons (with supporting evidence). We count this period from the date of your request. You will pay any direct debits that are scheduled during the 14-day notice period and will have facility access until the pass associated with your final direct debit has expired.
No cancelation fees and no hidden costs.
Your Pre Paid option will end at its expiry or when you use all your visits (whatever occurs first).
How do you cancel?
You do not have to cancel pre paid membership options. Pre paid options are not refundable. If you have a medical, relocation or redundancy reason prohibiting you completing your pre paid pack we will assist you with an extension of your expiry date to ensure you can use your visits. We will require documentation to support one of these reasons to action this.
It depends on several factors including how often you attend, what exercise you do, what you eat and drink and what your goal is. But with the correct diet, training and motivation you could start to see some positive changes within 4 weeks.

Yes, but we’d recommend you get the OK from your doctor before working out. Research has shown that regular exercise can prevent, slow down and even reverse some symptoms. Our team has experience creating exercise regimes specific to injuries and illness so ask a member of the fitness team for advice and support.
Not at all. In fact, if you’re unfit the gym is the best place for you. But one thing is certain: with our energetic and passionate fitness teams you’ll soon be fit after joining.
There are no set classes that anyone should or shouldn’t do and enough variety to ensure that there’s a class for you. Don’t be scared of trying something new. If you find it isn’t for you, simply try something else next time but you never know, you might discover a talent you never knew you had. Generally speaking, it’s a good idea to try a class three times before making a call that it doesn’t suit you.
The level of exercise during pregnancy is usually determined by pre-pregnancy fitness levels. As you’ve not been exercising recently you need to make sure you follow a more conservative exercise plan and progress things slowly.
We recommend you book in with one of our Coaches. Make sure you ask for one that is trained in Ante & Post Natal. They’ll help develop your personal fitness plan.
Stretching and Iron Core could be good options, but you would need to tell the instructor your good news and also make sure you monitor your body temperature, not allowing yourself to get too hot. Four weeks general training with a coach would allow you to get your base level of fitness up before your first class.
The key for you is progressing slowly and gradually adding exercise to your lifestyle.
Iron Core, Muscle Up, Booty and Tred are be good options. These classes are strength focused, and will help tone these areas, along with a good diet.
