LEVEL 1 KIDS

This 8-week program for kids aged 6-12, consists of one class per week and is designed to give kids a platform to learn things such as tumbling, rolling, handstands and cartwheels before progressing into walkovers and handsprings – all in a fun and safe environment and with our expert coach, Skye Haddy!

MINI ME

This adult and child (aged 4+) class is all about getting active with your mini me, be it your daughter/son, niece/nephew, or a little friend, you’re going to spend some great time bonding while being active and helping to build up your functional fitness. There’s also plenty of cool gymnastics/acrobatics tricks you’ll learn to do together too! If your favourite kind of work out is one where it’s so much fun you don’t realise you’re working out, then we’ll see you and your mini partner at Mini Mini Me with AMPM’s expert trainer, Skye Haddy at our next Mini Me class.

Skye Haddy is all about challenging herself and those around her through a fun and active lifestyle, something which is consistently personified through her training regime. Being a passionate and dedicated athlete, Skye also believes strongly in doing what you love and always challenging yourself to achieve bigger and better things.
