Harnessing the global movement of calisthenics, Transitions is all about working out using the resistance of your own weight to increase strength and flexibility. This is where you will learn all the fundamentals to ensure a safe workout and total athletic control before progressing to the advanced class – Flowgress

Flowgress takes calisthenics to the next level with an expert combination of tricking and flowing where everyone bounces off each other to advance their skills collectively. Specifically created for advanced calisthenics ninjas and enthusiasts, Flowgress is available to advanced members only as it is highly strenuous and requires full body awareness and control.

Cali Conditioning

Keen to level up? Get into Cali Conditioning! This medium to high intensity general conditioning class focuses on increasing overall strength and cardiovascular endurance. Tumbling

Harness your strength, power, body awareness and control in a fun environment at Tumbling! In this unique class, you will learn how to perform basic to advanced tumbling skills, from front and back rolls and somersaults to cartwheels and handsprings! Tumbling will take you through all the progression drills you need to safely and confidently perform each task, making this class perfect for any skill level.

Ninja

Unleash your inner-ninja with this high-intensity obstacle circuit! Designed with a combination of strength and endurance in mind, our Ninja style of training is perfect for anyone wishing to enter the Australian Ninja Warrior TV show or simply train like the contestants!

Stretching

Whether you’re new to stretching or simply want to join an expert-guided stretch session, this class is perfect for you. Involving all major and minor muscle groups, our Stretching class is designed to improve overall flexibility and balance coupled with some basic strength and mobility work to encourage a greater range of motion.

Hand Balancing

Hand balancing is one of the best methods for developing greater upper body strength, stability and control… and it’s heaps of fun! This awesome class will run you the fundamentals required to achieve your first freestanding handstand as well as a range of floor movements such as elbow levers, QDR’s and frog stands.

Church of Movement

This 90-minute boot camp-style class is the ultimate workout for any fitness level. Run by our expert mutant trainers, Church of Movement is held every second Sunday and is free for all members and first-timers.
